Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  1. Requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.
  2. Customers must provide a valid Order ID or Invoice to process any return or exchange.
  3. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  4. Any product returned with damage, stains, or signs of use that were not reported beforehand will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must send the parcel via any reliable courier service.
  • Once dispatched, please share the courier tracking details on WhatsApp for confirmation.
  • Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt.

Processing Time

  • All return and exchange requests will be processed within 7–10 working days after the item is received at our facility.
  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to approval after quality inspection.
  • Cash or bank transfer refunds are not available.
